DISCOVER HOW MOPS CAN ENCOURAGE YOU AS A MOM AND A WOMAN!
IS BEING A MOTHER WHAT YOU EXPECTED?
If you're like most moms, you found that when you became a mother your heart swelled with a love for your child much greater than you could ever have imagined. As time passes, that love continues to grow and you know you are changed forever.
YOU'RE NOT ALONE IN THE UNSPEAKABLE JOY YOU FEEL ABOUT BEING A MOTHER.
And you're not alone in your frustrations at not always handling motherhood the way you'd like. Portage Area MOPS meets regularly to celebrate the joys of motherhood and to encourage each other through the challenges of raising preschoolers. MOPS offers encouragement, friendships, instruction, and affirmation.
WHEN DOES MOPS MEET? MOPS meets the 2nd and last Thursday of each month (September thru May). The 2nd Thursday is a day meeting from 9:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Childcare is provided at this meeting thru our MOPPETS program. The last (this may be the 4th or 5th depending on how many are in the month) Thursday is a night meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. There is no childcare provided at this meeting. If you are a newcomer to MOPS, your first meeting is FREE! |
